As we know that time is valuable, our process is designed to be creative while remaining productive. Once we have identified your needs, via meetings online or in person,  our team will: 

• Develop a concept for the event, which includes creating a theme, choosing colors, and selecting music and entertainment
• Oversee the event’s budget and make sure it stays within the predetermined limits
• Create floor plans and models of the event space showing the location of each element
• Prepare contracts, bids, and other legal documentation for your event
• Coordinate with event managers, coordinators, planners, and other team members to ensure that all aspects of your event are executed smoothly
