Day of Coordinator
Our goal is to ensure your wedding day is executed perfectly! Our role includes overseeing vendors, managing the timeline, and overcoming any last-minute challenges that arise during the festivities. We will make sure the vision and scheme are executed perfectly with our on-site coordinator.
- Meeting(s) (Zoom or in person) prior to your wedding to finalize the execution of the plan
- Coordinate with all your vendors
- Follow up that all vendors are on schedule
- Review plan with all vendors immediately prior to ceremony
- Ensuring everyone is lined up in the proper order prior to the ceremony
- Act as a liaison with Officiant and other staff members
- Cue up musicians, bridal party entrances to ceremony & reception.
- Guide your guests after ceremony
- Help coordinate family photos after ceremony
- Transition of any decor from ceremony to reception if needed
- Ensure cocktail hour food and beverages are ready
- Alert catering staff to pour champagne before toasts
- Assist MC with proper microphone use, engaging with guests, etc
- In a nutshell, almost anything that is required to make sure everything flows!
